Public Hearing to be held by the Hudson Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Selectmen's Hearing Room, 2nd floor, Town Hall, 78 Main Street on the following petition:
At this time, the Board will hear the petition of Native Sun Wellness, Inc. requesting a special permit to operate a retail marijuana establishment pursuant to Section 5.12 (Recreational Marijuana Overlay District ) of the Town of Hudson Protective Zoning By-Laws. The subject property is located at 37 Coolidge Street, Assessors' Map 17 and Parcel 40 and 56 in the Limited Commercial Industrial Zoning District. The Board may consider any other action deemed necessary relative to the subject petition.
All petition materials are available for review in the Town Clerk's Office or the Planning Department at 78 Main Street during regular business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend and/or submit written comments.
