The Lowell Planning Board will hold a public hearing to listen to all interested persons relative to an application by FourTwenty Industries Co. seeking Site Plan Review approval to open a marijuanacultivation facility at 3 Foundry Street; 49.1 Marshall Road.
The building is in the Light Industrial (LI) zoning district and needs Site Plan Review approval from the Planning Board under Section 7.10 and any other relief required under the Lowell Zoning Ordinance.
The public hearing with the Planning Board will be held on Monday, March 4, 2019 at 6:30 PM in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 375 Merrimack Street, Lowell, MA 01852. The Board will consider this matter at the conclusion of their public hearing.
