NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING OLIVE TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION TO: CITIZENS AND RESIDENTS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF OLIVE, OTTAWA COUNTY, MICHIGAN. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., local time, a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of Olive Township, Ottawa County, Michigan, at the Olive Township Hall, 6480 136th Avenue, Holland, Michigan, 49424, to hear and consider the following special use applications. Section 1 A Zoning Ordinance Amendment adding Section 21.53 “Prohibition of Recreational Marihuana Establishments” Section 2 Any person interested in these matters may appear at such hearing in person or by agent or attorney. Written comments concerning these matters may be filed prior to the hearing with the Olive Township Clerk, Olive Township Hall, 6480 136th Avenue, Holland, Michigan, 49424, (Phone 616- 786-9996), between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The special use applications may be examined by any person at the Township Hall of Olive, 6480 – 136th Avenue, Holland, Michigan, 49424 (Phone 616-786-9996), between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Township will provide reasonable auxiliary aids and services at this hearing, such as signers for hearing impaired persons and audio tapes of printed materials for visually impaired persons, upon receipt of seven days prior to notice.
